Communist “Green Czar” Van Jones Ousted

Self-avowed communist Van Jones, Obama’s “Green Czar,” “resigned” last night after his radical ideology became common knowledge in the public arena.  Here is the statement released by the twice-arrested, cop-killer supporting, 9/11 truther (believes U.S. behind attacks), Republican name-calling, out-of-the-closet communist and racist, Jones, who also stereotyped “suburban white kids” as school shooters:

Van Jones Resigns as Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the Council on Environmental Quality

WASHINGTON, DC - Van Jones, Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the Council on Environmental Quality resigned today. Below is the text of his resignation letter, sent to Chair Nancy Sutley:

“I am resigning my post at the Council on Environmental Quality, effective today.”

“On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me. They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.”

“I have been inundated with calls - from across the political spectrum - urging me to “stay and fight.”

“But I came here to fight for others, not for myself. I cannot in good conscience ask my colleagues to expend precious time and energy defending or explaining my past. We need all hands on deck, fighting for the future.”

“It has been a great honor to serve my country and my President in this capacity. I thank everyone who has offered support and encouragement. I am proud to have been able to make a contribution to the clean energy future. I will continue to do so, in the months and years ahead.”

What’s truly shocking and outrageous here, is the length of time it took for all the details to surface and the mainstream media attempting to lead Americans to believe the only problems with Jones are that he called Republicans “a**holes”  and that he signed a 9/11 truthers’ petition.  They seemed to be okay with the fact that he’s self-proclaimed, proud communist.  Let’s all take a quick refresher course on communism and get Accuracy in Media’s Cliff Kincaid’s take:

As Professor Paul Kengor points out, “We now know that even the most authoritative sources, such as the seminal Harvard University Press work, The Black Book of Communism, were conservative when estimating only 100 million deaths at the hands of communist governments. The latest research, for instance, claims that Mao Zedong alone was responsible for the deaths of at least 60-70 million in China, and Joseph Stalin alone may well have killed 60 million in the USSR-those are just two communist countries that managed to far surpass the entire combined death toll of World War I and II, the two worst wars in the history of humanity.”

Do we want adherents of this foreign ideology of mass murder holding high government positions?

Van Jones, of course, is only a symbol of the problem. And communists are not required to promote communist policies. The Obama Administration is pursuing the destruction of anti-communist Honduras, in order to please Hugo Chavez, the Marxist ruler of Venezuela currently on a friendly visit to terrorist Iran. This is a scandal that deserves at least as much attention as Van Jones’ communist connections. 

Our media have been slow to grasp the significance of the Van Jones story. Some news outlets have only reluctantly covered it because of the Jones statements about Republicans and 9/11.

But Jones’ communist background has been known since April 6, when New Zealand blogger Trevor Loudon revealed it in striking detail. This was only a few weeks after the appointment was announced. Joseph Farah’s World Net Daily then picked up the story and ran several important follow-ups.

 

Congratulations conservatives.  The “resignation” on Van Jones is a job well done.  Keep your eyes and ears open and your voices loud.  We’ve defeated communism once already and we will do it again. 

Let’s all be sure to teach our children the evils of communism, because you can be sure that the public school system will be taking the opposite stance, albeit subtly.
