But I Digress…
In a normal column I try very hard to portray a professional sound, but with today’s post I don’t think that will be possible. Today among a sea of 5,000 protesters I, a 24 year old man, wept when I heard his national anthem sung by 2 local area high school girls. I felt all together out of place while I stood amongst my fellow conservatives, because I did not feel anger, I did not feel excitement; I felt sadness and fear for the future of our nation.
We as conservatives and as Americans have fired the first shot in a hopefully peaceful revolution that will bring us back to what our founding fathers had envisioned. A central government that is wholly begotten by the people to protect the people’s God-given freedom and liberty. Our revolution hopefully will be confined to the ballot boxes, blogs and airwaves, but we must do our part to take it to the streets. If we were in the movie Fight Club today would have been the start of the Fight Club, tomorrow we must start Project Mayhem.

We must start to educate, and we must start to take action. We cannot afford anymore sideline watchers, we need manpower and we need it now. We need people to get out there and stand up to their liberal friends at parties and not hold their tongues and not worrying about offending someone. We need people to organize, spread ideas, encourage and comfort those who have been broken. We must arm ourselves with the knowledge needed to take down our foes and the courage to shove it in their faces. Consider this your call to arms my brothers and sisters, put the constitution in one hand and your gun, if you have one, in the other hand and say “out of my cold dead fingers will you take my liberties.”
