Global Snow Job: Global Warming Losing Steam

Al Gore, Barack Obama, and the rest of the left (in government, the media, and Hollywood) truly want you to believe planet Earth is consonant with an egg in a pot of boiling water.  During an address to the Bi-Partisan Governors Global Climate Summit in Los Angeles, Obama recently remarked, “Delay is no longer an option.”  “Denial is no longer an acceptable response.”  Well if these statements were true, how does one explain the fact that it snowed in Houston and New Orleans this past week?  Given the adamant claims of Gore and Obama, this would certainly seem unlikely. 

Let’s take a look at the facts.  According to data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration the winter of 2008 was the coldest winter in the last seven years.  (perhaps this is why the left has now gone with plan B, “climate change,” in lieu of “global warming”)  So then why all the fuss?  Why drum up all the fear and panic?  The answer simply is to confiscate more of our money via taxes.

Now let me state for the record that I am not a meteorologist but I have developed the ability to think critically and independently, analyze and examine facts, and form my own opinions and conclusions.  Therefore when a petition has been circulated and signed by 31,000 scientists (consisting of physicists, geophysicists, climatologists, meteorologists, oceanographers, environmental scientists, chemists, biochemists, and biologists), 67% of which hold advanced degrees, where they state:

There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth.

we all need to take pause.  I will side with these 31,000 scientists, since they probably know just a little bit more about the subject than Al Gore and Barack Obama.  (do they teach geophysics in law school?) 

At this point we must ask ourselves what exactly is the motive behind all the global warming fear mongering?  Well for those of us that believe the current global financial crisis has also been engineered to precipitate the transition to one global currency and ultimately one global government, the answer is obvious. 

If and/or when the global elite have finally prevailed in their efforts to establish their feudal system in which their power usurps that of sovereign nations and their social utopia with everlasting world peace has been established, there will still be the need for some form of an enemy.  That enemy will be the human race itself and its “destruction” of the earth’s environment and resources.  At that point, the world government will be needed to protect us from ourselves.  Brilliant!  They will fight man’s “destruction” of the earth by emissions trading.  That’s one more way take money from the people, redistribute the wealth, and propagate their feudal system.  Do they really think we are all that stupid?
